AN UNPRECEDENTED NEW RELEASE


 
THE BIFF BOYS

Flying a Bristol F.2b fighter, Lt. Andrew McKeever and his gunner Lt. Powell of 11 Squadron RFC, successfully engage German Albatross D.V fighters over the Western Front near Cambrai, 30 November 1917. McKeever, a Canadian volunteer, was the squadron’s top Ace, scoring most of his 31 victories on the Bristol Fighter, or the “Biff” as it was affectionately known by its pilots.
 
 
THE LIMITED EDITION
Every print in the edition has been signed by the artist Robert Taylor and hand-numbered, and is issued as a pair with a matching-numbered companion drawing ‘Camels on Patrol’ signed by World War One fighter pilot:

THE ARTIST PROOFS

It has been conservation matted with RFC Wings and a museum copy of the Blue Max to include the signature of the highest scoring Ace of WWI, the legendary Red Baron -  Manfred von Richthofen:
